Created by former regulators in 2002, ACA employs a team that combines technical knowledge with commercial awareness and expert consultancy skills. The team includes former regulators, senior compliance staff and legally and accountancy-qualified consultants, all with a wealth of expertise and relevant experience. Our objectives remain the same:
- To help ensure our clients’ compliance controls meet the requirement of the rules;
- to reduce operational and regulatory risk; and
- to encourage, rather than stifle, performance.
The ACA team in London includes individuals that have worked together in compliance consultancy over the last 10 years, as well as in the in-house compliance function.
